| When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. The guest will provide a security deposit that is kept on file until the guest's departure.
The security deposit is, of course, returned at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. Prior to your departure we will schedule a time to meet at the apartment to confirm the apartment's condition and return the deposit.
For rentals up to 30 days: the security deposit is equal to half a month's rental rate. Between 1-month rental and 6 months rental: the security deposit is equal to 1 month's rental fee. More than 6 months rental: the security deposit is equal to 2 months rental fee. |
